SAS EBI Administrator needed for on-site project at Dept. of Energy in DC. US citizenship and bachelors degree required. Must have experience with the duties of administering a Linux SAS 9.1.3 EBI installation. This would include being skilled at implementing and maintaining: metadata security and resources, backup processes for all SAS and mid-tier resources, managing and assisting users with SAS BI client applications such as EG, AMO, WRS, IDP, SMC, and OLAP Cube Studio, and working with system administrators to ensure SAS resources are secure and optimized. Applicants should also be skilled BASE SAS programmers adept at SQL and familiar with nuances of TSQL and PL-SQL as they relate to SAS usage in order to support ongoing migration projects and assist users as needed. Exposure to SAS Forecast Studio and JMP would be beneficial. Current 9.1.3 environment will be migrating to SAS 9.2 later this year. Ability to roll out SAS EBI technologies to classic SAS users is needed. Position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with peers and users at various skill levels.
