1.  SAS Administrator (5+ to 7 years) MUST BE US Citizen

   $100-125,000, Washington, DC 

   SAS EBI Administrator needed for on-site project at Dept. of Energy in DC.  US citizenship and bachelors degree required.  Must have experience with the duties of administering a Linux SAS 9.1.3 EBI installation.  This would include being skilled at implementing and maintaining: metadata security and resources, backup processes for all SAS and mid-tier resources, managing and assisting users with SAS BI client applications such as EG, AMO, WRS, IDP, SMC, and OLAP Cube Studio, and working with system administrators to ensure SAS resources are secure and optimized.  Applicants should also be skilled BASE SAS programmers adept at SQL and familiar with nuances of TSQL and PL-SQL as they relate to SAS usage in order to support ongoing migration projects and assist users as needed.  Exposure to SAS Forecast Studio and JMP would be beneficial.  Current 9.1.3 environment will be migrating to SAS 9.2 later this year.  Ability to roll out SAS EBI technologies to classic SAS users is needed.  Position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work with peers and users at various skill levels.   

2. .Net Developers (.Net, VB, SQL Server, ASP)

.Net developers at all levels for on-site work at the FDIC in Arlington, VA. Must be US citizens. Other necessary skills include VB, SQL Server, and ASP. Desired skills include ETL and SAS. Teamwork skills essential. 

3. Financial Analyst/Technician (Federal government accounting, Microsoft Office Product Suite)

4. Sr. Network Engineer/Architect (Network enterprise architecture; bandwidth management; intranet, internet, and/or extranet gateways)

   Sr. Network Engineer/Architect position Dept. of Energy in DC. Must be US citizen. Minimum Bachelor degree in information systems, computer sciences, or related field required. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, PMP, ITIL, CEH MCSE desired certifications. Requires minimum of 7 yrs. of network architecture and topology experience, including transmission protocols, broadcasting, switching, control, and management. Network systems management methods should include end-to-end systems performance monitoring sufficient to plan, design, develop, manage, and enhance highly efficient network systems that respond to agency's business requirements. Position requires: network management methods, network enterprise architecture, bandwidth management concepts, workflow concepts, IT security methods, project management principles, conducting cost-benefit analyses and total cost of ownership and capacity studies, establishing routing schema, establishing security practices, developing contingency and recovery plans, managing domain name services, and providing intranet, internet, and/or extranet gateways. 

5. Web Developer (Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, ZHTML, JavaScript, CSS)

   $75-85,000, Washington, DC 

   Web Developer for onsite, long-term Department of Energy project in DC. Bachelors degree and at least 5 years experience in web interface design and development. Must be US citizen. Strong skills/experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, design prototyping, HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite products, charting software, and .NET a plus. Visible position that requires excellent oral and written communication skills. 


6. Mid-Level Helpdesk (HW/SW maintenance, troubleshooting, customer service, Windows XP, Vista, network, and email standards)

   Mid-level Helpdesk positions (at least 5 yrs. experience) for IT support at the Dept. of Energy in DC. Must be able to troubleshoot network communications, PCs including Windows and MS Office products, and provide server setup/configuration.
